Honoring Heroes
At Roan properties we believe in honoring and supporting the brave men and women who have served in the military. Our commitment to giving back to our Veterans is at the heart of our mission.
I am honored, through our Heroe's Program to give back to the men and women who serve our country. There are three ways that we at Roan Properties help. One is through the State of Tennessee that has programs offering down payment assistance. The other way is through lenders who recognize the value of our Heroes and contribute money to when purchasing properties.
As a Realtor, I contribute a portion of my proceeds to our Heroes, and work with home inspectors and Title Companies that help as well. Together we can make a difference to make home ownership easier for our Heroes. 75% of America's wealth is tied up in real estate. We want to make it easier for our Veterans, active military, health care workers, teachers, law enforcement and first responders to invest in real estate, home ownership, and the American dream.

Here are some stats to think about:
Homelessness: While the overall Veteran homelessness rate has declined in recent years, it remains a significant issue. In 2020, an estimated 37,252 Veterans experienced homelessness on any given night in the United States.
There were 7,057 service members killed in post-9/11 war operations.
There were 30,177 PTSD suicides among U.S. Service members & veterans of the post-9/11 wars.
These statistics are very sobering and there are many more. I appreciate the freedom I have to raise my family in a free country. To go to a baseball game, to go to church or to a rodeo. We are free from oppression and we can express our views through the freedoms of speech and many other forms of freedom. Because of our freedoms, we can literally have anything we want in life if we put our minds to it. We can all live the American dream because of the brave men and women who put their lives in danger for these freedoms. Together, we can honor the service and sacrifices of Veterans and ensure they receive the support and recognition they deserve. Join us in giving back to those who have given so much to our country and to law enforcement, fire fighters, teachers, health care workers, first responder's and active military who continue to give so much.
